• Contact & inquiry details — your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or reserve a unit.
• Application & tenant details — mailing address, vehicle information (for vehicle, RV, or boat storage), the unit size requested, and related details you provide when you apply or become a tenant.
• Account information — the email and password credentials used to access the tenant portal.
• Technical data — IP address, browser and device information, and usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies to operate and secure the site.

We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers — online payments are processed on QuickBooks’ secure hosted pages (see Section 4).

2. How We Use Your Information

• Respond to inquiries and process rental applications.
• Provide storage services, manage your lease, and operate the tenant portal.
• Generate invoices and process rent, deposit, and fee payments.
• Send service communications such as confirmations, account notices, and billing reminders.
• Protect against fraud and abuse, and keep the site and facility secure.
• Comply with our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Service Providers We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the service:

• Supabase — database and account authentication hosting.
• Vercel — website and application hosting.
• Intuit QuickBooks Online — billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Resend — delivery of transactional email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection on our public forms.
• Sentry — error monitoring to keep the service reliable.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.

4. Payments

Online rent and fee payments are handled through Intuit QuickBooks Online. When you pay an invoice online, you are directed to QuickBooks’ secure hosted payment page; card and bank details are entered with and processed by Intuit. We never see or store your full payment-card number.

5. Cookies & Sessions

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in to the tenant portal and to operate bot-protection on our forms. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent the portal from working.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your tenancy records, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable hosting providers — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. Where applicable under your state’s privacy laws, you may have additional rights, which we will honor as required by law.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults (18 and older) and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do, and significant changes will be reflected on this page.
