Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Airport Stack & Store website and online tenant portal (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets prospective and current customers learn about our storage facility, submit inquiries and rental applications, and — once you are a tenant — view your lease, receive invoices, make online payments, and submit maintenance requests through a secure portal.

2. Relationship to Your Storage Rental Agreement

These Terms govern only your use of the website and portal. Your actual storage tenancy — including the lease, rent, the $250 refundable security deposit, facility rules, and your rights and responsibilities as a tenant — is governed by the separately signed Storage Rental Agreement. If anything in these Terms conflicts with that signed agreement as to your tenancy, the Storage Rental Agreement controls. See our Storage Rental Agreement.

3. Accounts

To use the tenant portal you need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate, current information. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, interfere with or disrupt the Service, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments & Billing

Online rent and fee payments are processed through Intuit QuickBooks Online on its secure hosted pages; we do not store your full payment-card number. Amounts due, late fees, and billing terms are as set out in your Storage Rental Agreement and applicable invoices. You are responsible for paying all amounts when due.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content — text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Airport Stack & Store or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law, Airport Stack & Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we change these Terms, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina.
